Direct responsibility for a P&L, a division or a major function.
Experience leading a business through a turnaround, restructuring or crisis.

How it works

We match you to clients whose problem and type of business fit your experience.
Every engagement has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts.
When the scope is delivered, you hand the work over to the client’s team.

Each referral starts with a short conversation about the client and what they need.
Roles and referral terms are set out in writing for each engagement.
You keep the client relationship throughout, at no added cost to the client.

We hold a 45-minute discovery call with the owner, in confidence and at no cost.
If it leads to an engagement, we pay you a share of our fee. The client pays nothing extra.
